Fisherman's Wharf---Yawen

Hello everyone, I'm Yawen from china who is a junior college student majoring in Tourism Management in Qingdao. It is  nice to take this course and chat with you guys because you are all from different nations in the world. Now let me talk more about myself:D. I love singing songs in my spare time, and have taken so many competitions. Normally i like all kinds of music, from Beethoven's Ninth Symphony to Beat it from Michael Jackson; however I'm totally a big fan of Adele, so if you also like her a lot, please let me know.If you want to know more about me please just talk to me, since I'm a typical outgoing girl who love to share happiness and to make friends with you.

Last week I went to Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco with several friends. We took Bart in the early morning and it took about 40 min to get to Powell where the Union Square located. Then, we took a cable car went through Chinatown directly rushed to Mason, after half hour's walk we come to our final destination----Fisherman's Wharf.

As you can see from the picture i took , everyone enjoys visiting this place , and we spent 2 hours lying on the grassland ,daydreaming about the future, cherishing every moment in this fabulous place. Then we went to Piers9 where we bought lots of souvenirs and have our lunch in a outside cafe.

Also, there were some street musicians performed on the street and sold CDs of their music, some of them are really fantastic. There's a singer in this band that is extraordinarily professional, if i were him i would go to join the American Idol.

In conclusion we spent a whole day in Fisherman's Wharf and the Piers and I definitely recommend you to go for a visit, since I'm majoring in Tourism~LOL
This is the Cable Car that we took.

Shops and restaurants are everywhere around Piers 9.
